Jordan Long is a piano-driven singer-songwriter from Waterloo. Having played piano since the age of five, he was inspired to create and share original music after attending a concert in Vienna where he recognized emotions in the music that he had never seen expressed before. This experience made him feel deeply connected, and he hopes to offer that same feeling to others, especially his friends.

 

Jordan Long's music is influenced by his classical training as well as artists like Bon Iver, and fellow Canadians Oscar Peterson and Joni Mitchell. His music is also influenced by his life experiences growing up in the region, and studying math at the University of Waterloo. His debut EP "The Window Seat" releases in September 2024.
