Stacey Lee

Stacey Lee began singing before she speak. Naturally, her whole life has been
grounded in music.
Known for her smooth, inviting tone and powerful multi-stylistic voice, she has
earned a highly respected reputation in the Canadian music scene. With a
diverse career on stage and in studio, she has been fortunate to work with
numerous country music artists from all over the globe and legends including
CCMA Hall of Fame members kd Lang, Jason McCoy, Michelle Wright and
George Fox, to name but a few. She is a former member of Juno-nominated
band, LACE.
Most recently, she can be seen as a featured member of Canada's swing
supergroup, The Western Swing Authority. With them she performs an eclectic
mix of Western swing, jazz and traditional country standards along with 6 more
of Canada's finest musicians, including her incredible husband, CCMA Hall of
Honour fiddle player of the year, Shane Guse. A gifted songwriter, Stacey Lee
has written and co-written several songs for her own projects and those of
others.
The WSA have garnered multiple nominations and wins as a group and
individual members for the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA), the
Country Music Association of Ontario ( CMAOntario). They have supported
countless artists as the house band for several incarnations of the CCMA
Legends show, the CCMA award show and both Legacy and Award shows for
the CMAOntario.They have been multiple nominees for both Western Swing
Female vocalist and band categories at the Ameripolitan Awards held in
Memphis TN and Austin TX and the Academy of Western Artists in Texas, where
Stacey took home the title of Western Swing Female.
