Tammy Lawrence

Tammy is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience owning and operating a variety of small businesses in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. She has spent the last five years helping to build the local arts and music community with her music venue and restaurant, Rhapsody, located in downtown Kitchener. Today, she is a Realtor at Peak Realty and the President/Artistic Director of the Belmont Village Bestival. She is a hands-on leader that is eager to work alongside her team, ensuring that they have what they need to deliver their best. After many years in the private sector, she is invigorated to turn her attention to enhancing the community she lives within, an opportunity she has now with the Bestival. When not working, she spends her time with her partner Dave, attending local music shows and visiting restaurants in the area.
